You must be 18+ to create an account. The service is designed for children to use with a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

Week 1 is free. The full program is a one-time purchase. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase will be honored if you have not completed more than 4 weeks.

No reverse engineering, scraping, redistribution, or use that violates law or another’s rights.

All content, characters, illustrations, and curricula are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the service.

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. Class actions and class arbitration are waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing legal@miloandlina.com.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
